Rene Russo and Rose Namajunas Bio

Rene Marie Russo has been a model, actress as well as a film maker in the US. Her beautiful beauty and success in the film industry are a testament to her skills as a performer. Modeling began in the 70s. In the next few years, she was one of the best models. Beginning in the 1980s she attended acting classes and studied theater prior to performing on stage in Los Angeles. in 1987 Russo played Eden Kendell on ABC's show Sable. She portrayed Tom Berengers' love interest two years later on Major League, her debut movie. Her initial doubts were about her acting abilities however, the critics were convinced by her consistent work. Her role in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak was particularly admired by critics, as she stood in the way of Dustin Hoffman or Morgan Freeman. Her admission to acting isn't something she enjoys. In 2005 she decided to take a long, self-imposed pause. Then she returned as a part of the superhero flick Thor. In addition, she starred in her husband's Oscar Award-winning movie Nightcrawler. The Intern followed, as did Just Getting Started.

Rose Namajunas has been one of UFC's most prominent female athletes. She began her professional career in amateur fighting, where she competed for various regional promotions. Then, she signed with Invicta Fighting Championships before joining Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). She has gained a lot of attention since joining the UFC due to both her inside and outside the octagon success. Namajunas's family is Lithuanian as was her birthplace on June 29th in 1992. Rose played basketball and kickboxing throughout her growing into a young woman. Invicta Fighting Championships took her on her at age 18 and she was able to win 2 fights via submission. Dana White was impressed and signed Rose to UFC's strawweight division when she was the age of 22 in December of 2014. Her career has had both lows and highs but she's always able to come out of her fights on top. In April of 2015, Rose was a part of the fight against Carla Esparza for the inaugural Women s Strawweight Championship at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in which she was victorious by technical knockout less than 3 minutes in Round One and not just champion but getting the honor of being named Fighter Of The Night along and making history in MMA as this fight marked for the first time in history that women was a champion with a major promoter around the world . Namajunas was able to win several bouts following this victory, which included defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk on two occasions. The win earned Namajunas Performance Of The Night accolades from UFC.
