Andrea Anders

Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was raised in DeForest but is currently with her family in Los Angeles. She graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 She also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001, she earned the title of Master of Fine Arts at Rutgers University. From 2006 until 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the canceled sitcom dated. The director's brother is Sean Anders (Sex Drive, Never Been Thawed). In 2001, Anders began her career in theatre. In the Broadway show Proof that she played Mary Louise Parker's understudy. Then, in The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was a production in The Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as along with New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film productions. Anders made her debut in Fat Pig at Geffen Playhouse on May 7, 2007. Fat Pig, which closed its doors on July 1, 2007, saw Anders in the role of Jeannie, a bookkeeper. Anders first TV appearance was in a Dannon advertisement that ran around the mid-90s. Then she appeared on TV again around the year 2006. Anders was a character of Joey in the roles of Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. The actress was in every episode of both shows, however both were canceled. Anders appeared as a guest on One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. as well as Tru Calling. In 2003 she appeared as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made small appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders appeared on Numb3rs in 2008 too. Anders also appeared on two pilots for television that failed. Spellbound and News To Me were the two television pilots which failed. Anders is currently starring as Better Off Ted by Victor Fresco the ABC workplace comedy made with a single camera.
